This is the first new rye from this distiller since the initial release of their innovative rum cask original and this is also the inaugural release in their new Cellar Collection of rare collectible whiskies. To create it, seven year rye whiskey was finished for one day shy of a year in Eden Cidery Ice Wine Casks. Just as decadent as the original, just in a different way. Very limited availablility.
