Created during the 1960s by a German gentleman who was living and apprenticing just across the alps in Northern Italy, the recipe was revived by his grandson. This totally organic, Campari style aperitivo is perhaps the ideal of this bittersweet liqueur. Believe it or not the best new bitter for you bar comes from Bavaria.
