It's a category that offers intrigue and enjoyment in equal measure, and with no exaggeration this is one of the most exciting new bottles to hit our shelves. Made from organic Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in Montorfano, near the region of Franciacorta in northern Italy, it's infused with local botanicals. This is as natural as it gets: no added alcohol, chemical additives, artificial colorings, caramel or burnt sugar. What you get is a fresh, vibrant sip of dried cherry, blackberry, anise, bitter orange, and herbal notes, offering a slight bitter note to offset the sweetness. Fantastic on its own, but would shine in cocktails.
