The Belmont Farm is the centerpiece of this all around impressive producer and the grains used for this Wheated Bourbon will all grown here. The mash is double pot distilled and in this case aged for a minimum of 4yrs priot to bottling at 92 Proof. A rich palate with flavors of cherrie pie, candied peaches, spicy tobacco and crème brûlée.
