It really seems like there is nothing this distiller can't do. The most impressive part may be just how effortless they make it seem and that anybody could be doing the same. We wish more people would. This excellent vermouth that works brilliantly on its own will also work wonders in your drinks and is a very welcome step away from the bulk of industrially made options on the market. Made from biodynamic Pinot Gris from Keeler Vineryard that is infused with orange blossom, chamomile, lemon verbena, Mallorca melon tea, gentian and French figs. No sulfites or sugar added.
