Tasting Notes

Le Chevalier is a select parcel of old vines, 75 years +, that is aged for nearly two years in new barriques. With this structure, spice and richness, this bottle evolves into an even better Bordeaux after a few years. Château Falfas is a 20 ha estate located on the right bank of the Gironde River in Bordeaux.
