The Juan Gil Silver Label defines Jumilla, a hot, sunny, and dry region located in Southeastern Spain where the thick-skinned Monastrell grape thrives. Known internationally as Mourvèdre, this grape needs a lot of heat and sunshine to ripen fully. And when it does, look out! The flavors of blueberries and even chocolate jump out of the glass. This is the perfect wine to have with friends when there is a grill around. As a bonus, over 94% of the grapes grown here are organic.
