One of the things I like the most about working with wines is that it gives me the chance to try wines from different parts of the world. I find that fascinating. At that moment, I allow my imagination to travel freely to those places where wine is made. My imagination was blown away when I tried this wine for the first time. I imagined myself sipping on this wine in front of a table full of friends, snacking on green olives, black olives, Feta cheese, and fresh roasted garlic bread, and dining on roasted lamb seasoned with rosemary. This wine talks to you about Greece and its wonderful people. Aromas and flavors of rosemary, mint, eucalyptus, and a salty finishing, which is just fascinating.

A rosé colored grape used primarily to make the light white wines of Patra. Crisp and dry, with aromas of citrus and honeysuckle, this is a good grape to try in place of your daily Pinot Grigio. This varietal is frequently blended with Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer to make richer, more full-bodied whites, and with Savatiano to make Retsina.
