Staff Pick Notes

A great Champagne made from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. The result is a crisp wine with aromas of peach and delicious notes of grapefruit and lemon on the palate support by mild brioche. This Champagne has a great intensity and a long finish. The vineyards are located in a very respected area, which has helped the Fourny family attain an excellent reputation. Production started in the 1930s and the winery is run by the fifth generation of the family today. I personally like sparkling wines with pronounced fruity notes and this wine is a great example!
