Tasting Notes

Winemaker Patrick Piuze is all about terroir. His different cuvées all come from specific parcels and have their own unique characteristics. The "Les Preuses" is made from 35 year old Grand Cru vines grown on Kimmeridgian limestone, offering sophisticated minerality and fine white fruit notes. Enjoy in it's youth or age for another 10 years.
