This sparkling rosé is made from 90% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% Petit Manseng. Bled Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the younger Daumas Gassac vineyards. The “free-run” grape juice is fermented in a closed tank so as to retain all the fermenting gas. Aged 3 to 4 months in closed stainless steel tank.

A delicious sparkling rosé from the Languedoc region in France. The blend used is 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Mourvedre, Pinot Noir, Petit Manseng, and Muscat. The result is a fresh fruity wine with a great concentration of fruit flavors and aromas. The free-run juice from Cabernet grapes is blended with the others and fermented in a stainless still tank. This method, called Charmat, creates a soft pleasant fizz and emphasizes the fruit notes: blood orange, papaya, and guava! This wine will work perfectly for a Sunday brunch: pair it with scrambled eggs and smoked salmon...you can't ask for better!
