Tasting Notes

Cerasuolo is a deeply colored rosé made from the Montepulciano grape and it is in no way akin to the brisk pale rosés that come out every spring. This is more vinous, more structured and delicious in every way. The I Fauri winery is located in the heart of the province of Chieti, amid the hills that drop gently down from the Majella Mountains to the sea.
