A sparkling Jura wine that was made with no addition of sulphur. This is made from newcomer to the Jura landscape, Eric Thill. This spends 36 months aging sur latte and is bottled with no dosage. This is precise, clean and a natural with shellfish. No sulphur was used to make this sparkling wine.
