This bourbon tastes like the deep south in early fall. Starting out boozy, Noah’s Mill opens up with a few drops of your favorite tap water. Recalling unorthodox pecan pies and piles of leaves in the yard, Noah’s Mill opens with a nose full of pecans, buttery graham cracker crusts, and a splash of vanilla. On the palate, it’s nutty and firey, with a rich spiciness and a bit of dried apricot. Finishing smooth, it leaves you with an autumnal hint of leaves and dried grass.
