Aged for 16 months in both previously held Grand Cru Sauternes and Cognac casks this expression is again a completely individual spirit that stands apart from the other two in the range. Patient drinkers will be rewarded here with a tequila that has many layers to peel back with notes of over ripe bananas, mangoes, toffee and chocolate chips. After time, the profile becomes more agave forward and the spirit switches gears to highlight notes of cracked pepper, herbs and minerals.
