For those of us who like "good" Champagne! Rich, leesy Champagne and a little bit of a challenge. The time this Champagne spent aging on its lees is very apparent with its rich, full, pervasively nutty toasty taste. It gives it a body and depth that will bring a smile to anyone who appreciates good Champagne. It reminds me of a really good peach cobbler with hints of thyme and beurre noisette!
