This wine takes its name after the clay silt soil known locally as "Opok." Maria and Sepp Muster work biodynamically, harvest by hand and use indigenous yeasts. They are located in southern Styria near the border of Slovenia. This wine is incredible and spends two years in large old oak barrels.
