In 1899 when Shinjiro Torii founded the House of Suntory his goal was two-fold: to create unique Japanese spirits that would be loved the world over using 'monozukuri' craftmanship, the pursuit of perfection by meticulous attention to detail. This is an incredibly wonderful vodka made from 100% Japanese white rice. Its aromas are delicate and ethereal, with the slightest hint of fresh grass and a subtle, saké-like finish. Let's face it, some vodka can be brash. Sometimes its aromas and flavors can be aggressive or reminiscent of a burst of rubbing alcohol. Suntory Haku Vodka exhibits none of those things. It's like tasting a beautiful whisper.
