The name itself is a play on creating newness out of something old. Here you have a rye with a mash bill of 95% rye 5% malted rye with an incredible purity of craft.Aged four years in charred new oak this is an old spirit in character, but without any dust. A decadent streak comes on full and builds into a fire of fresh spices that tingle on the palate. Maintaining a consistent molasses-like texture throughout it finishes soft and sweet.
