An off-dry, delicious Riesling you can pair with both seafood and assertively spiced dishes. Markus Hüls took over his family's estate in 2012 after apprenticing with Markus Molitor. His vines are still young but most importantly were planted via selection massale from 100 year old vines. This results in smaller grapes and less compacted grape clusters which allows great airflow.
