Grapes have been grown at the site of Dom. Weinbach since the 9th Century, and have passed through Capuchin friars down to the hands of the Faller family. Cuvée Colette is made in tribute to the family matriarch who guided the winery into the modern era. A dry medium-bodied white that has both beautiful texture and acidity, with stone fruit and sweet spice aromas. Pair this with a leek and cheese tart.
