Slovenské was the Nestarec family's first plantings, and this blend of Traminer and Riesling is mostly directly pressed, but some sees a few days of skin contact. Fermentation takes place in old large barrels, and it ages there on the fine lees for 2 years before bottling. An extremely aromatic dry white, this is savory, elegant, and with a touch of structure. Pair with braised pork with five spice.
