Since 1982, Domaine Pellé has had Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in Sancerre in the village of Montigny. The soils are composed of pebbly clay and limestone that give a mineral appeal to this delicious white wine. Aged in a combination of tank and older foudre barrels.
