An exceptionally rare Armagnac by all measures. It is difficult enough finding Armagnacs of distinction from this very tiny but important cru, it is even harder to find very old, unblended cask strength vintages like this one from a micro domaine. The perfect exemplar of the terroir of this region the brandy is rightfully loaded with notes of dark ripe wild berries, exotic spices - both sweet and savoury, forest floor and damp leaves, aged leather and brilliant hit roasted chestnuts and dark cocoa.
