Almost feels like strawberry shortcake and watermelon candy in liquid form. Here is Grenache that has gone through a gentle carbonic maceration, accentuating the light fruit. The vines are farmed organically on the limestone rich soils of Ballard Canyon. The terroir also features Pacific winds and deep diurnal shifts that help the grapes maintain a refreshing acidity.
