Staff Pick Notes

This is now my second Garo'Vin staff pick and I'm happy to share that as with their old vines Chenin Blanc, their Lulu Berlue Rouge red blend is also a winner with solid drinkability. A blend of a majority of Grolleau followed by Cabernet Franc, and Cabernet Sauvignon. On the palate, expect vibrant red fruit flavors of raspberry, strawberry, red cherry, red currant, and noticeable minerality with notes of graphite as well. If you're in the market for a lighter, quaffable style of red wine, then this would be a solid choice. Also, you may notice some slight fizziness on the palate. Truly, a great warm-weather wine indeed!

Today, Anjou is most famous...
