Distilled and aged in Kentucky with a mashbill of 64% rye / 30% corn and 6% malted barley. Lime zest and grapefruit with rosemary, toffee and cardamom are just a sampling of the profound flavors you'll find in your glass after 8.5yrs of aging. Distilled February 28th 2017 and bottled at cask strength in August 2025.
