91 is the distiller's signature high malt recipe showcasing their superb local grains and a highly distinctive flavor profile. Featuring a full mash bill of yellow corn, malted rye, caramel malted barley & honey malted barley - each batch is finished in a 4,000 gallon charred oak solera tun, also highly unique and bottled at 91 proof. Each batch constitutes only 8-12 barrels max, a true artisanal small batch where flavor trumps all else.
