From a 30 year-old planted on rocky volcanic soils, this dry white was whole cluster pressed. Vinified and aged in entirely new French oak barrels, this is a powerful and expressive Napa Chardonnay. Aromas of hazelnut, sweet spice, citrus, and white flowers will pair well with sole meunière.
