A dry sparkling white made from old vine Chenin Blanc planted in 1979. Whole cluster pressed, the fermented in stainless steel, and aged on the lees for 10 weeks in neutral barrel before aging an additional 14 months sur latte. Aromas of citrus, almond, brioche, green apple, and white flowers will pair with mücver.
