Vin Jaune, Dom. des Ronces - 2014

Item # 14861

Located in the village of Orbagna, this domaine was founded in 1950, and was initially planted only to Chardonnay. In the following years Savagnin was planted as well, and it is with this local variety that the glorious vin jaune is produced. Rich, bone dry, with savory, oxidative notes, this is an intense and endlessly complex white wine. Pair with morels and Comté custard.
