Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870, High West’s passion is crafting delicious whiskey blends wherein the whole is somehow greater than the sum of its parts. Come try some of their most distinctive spirits: We’ll sample the harmoniously-blended High West Campfire Whiskey, with its spicy-sweet-smoky notes; the maple and vanilla flavors of the High West Bourye Whiskey; and the key to a perfect Old Fashioned—the High West Rendezvous Rye.

Food Friendly Wines

Whatever amazing meals that summer has in store for you, there’s a wine to accompany them. We’ll be pouring three wines that run the gamut: Pair your spicy Szechuan dish with the vibrantly apricot-fruited and intensely mineral-driven Dr. H. Thanisch Spätlese Riesling; Pair your juicy burgers with the spicy and dark berry-fruited "Galets Plan Dieu" Côtes du Rhône; And pair your herb-crusted lamb with the full-bodied, violet-laden Fausse Piste "Garde Manger" Syrah.

Easygoing Summer Wines

This summer, opt for easygoing wines that are fruit-forward and fun. We’re sampling three such wines: The Vionnet “Vin de Kav” is quaffable and full of black cherry fruit and violet aromas; The Moscatel Galego “Uvio” is floral, dry, and mineral-laden; And the Julien Courtois 100% Gamay is lithe, juicy, and cheerful.

French Reds from the Loire

Find your joie de vivre with a few sips from the Loire Valley—the Garden of France! We’re pouring a couple of these off-the-beaten path gems: The “Brise d’Aunis” is a Pineau d’Aunis comes from an old parcel and yields delicious red fruit with notes of blood orange and a characterisitc peppery spice; And the “La Quadrature du Rouge” is a fruit-forward blend of Gamay and Pinot Noir from organic vineyards with a touch of residual sugar refermented in the bottle - so it’s a little fizzy.

Tito's Vodka is taking the country by storm. Produced from 100% corn in Austin, TX, this vodka is handmade in copper pot stills. It's smooth, creamy, and lush. Taste for yourself when we pour this crowd-pleaser of a spirit.

Brooklyn Gin

The distillers at Brooklyn Gin take a hands-on approach to their product. Their gin starts with a neutral corn spirit and then is infused with hand-cut citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. It's delicious on its own and sends cocktails over the moon. Gin up some state pride—try Brooklyn Gin!

Glenfarclas Whisky

Whisky is a drink for all seasons—even spring and summer! We’re tasting a couple from classic Scotch producer Glenfarclas to sip on sunny days and cool summer nights alike: The Glenfarclas 12 Yr Scotch is a luscious dram with notes of sherried fruit, a touch of vanilla, and a tingle of spice; The Glenfarclas 17 Yr Scotch has generous amount of sherry, fig, nut, and dried fruits on the nose, with some spice notes; And the Glenfarclas 1989 Astor Family Cask is a divine whisky with notes of Amaretto cookies, poached pears, Honeycrisp apples, worn leather, dried grass, bonfire, pecans, caramel, and more.

Things are heating up this summer. Cool down with a refreshing batch of reds and whites that are ready for BBQs, picnics, or any warm weather bash. We’ll be pouring each wine in July’s Top 12 case which were hand-selected with deliciousness and easy drinking in mind: The refreshing Ch. Haut Rian Bordeaux Blanc is a crisp and zesty Sauvignon Blanc blend; The Bodega El Porvenir de Cafayate Torrontés is lively and aromatic; The Bodega Andana "Accuro" Malbec is a velvety and supple with blackberry fruit that’s ready for grilled foods; And the Cuatro Pasos Bierzo red is plump with black cherry notes and a touch of bittersweet chocolate that’s belongs at a BBQ.

Sicilian Wines

Sicily is one of the most exciting wine regions in all of Italy—with its Mediterranean climate, volcanic soils, and indigenous varietals. Taste for yourself when we pour two wines from amazing Sicilian producer Arianna Occhipinti: The SP68 IGT Sicilia Bianco is aromatic, structured, and completely dry; And the SP68 IGT Sicilia Rosso is bright with raspberry fruit and garrigue and is ready to be served with a chill.

Dillon's Gin

Dillon’s Small Batch Distillers was created by Geoff Dillon and Gary Huggins with an aim to restore Canadian spirits to their former glory. They have the very best of local ingredients, grain, botanicals, and herbs to use for their spirits. Taste for yourself when we sample two of their finest gins: Dillon’s Small Batch Rose Gin Liqueur is made from 100% Canadian Rye and infused with rose petals—resulting in flavors of herbal tea, honey, and marzipan; And Dillon’s Small Batch Unfiltered Gin 22 is made with a base of local Niagara grapes and includes notes of lemon, cardamom, coriander, and black peppercorn.
