Tasting Notes

The Minervois is located in the west of the Languedoc region of southern France. This was a fantastic vintage, and this red wine is full of character and balance as a result. A blend based on Syrah and Cinsault, two of the region's primary grapes. Full of dark, ripe blackberry fruits, plums, and peppercorn. Unoaked.
