BE WARNED! This is a true natural and orange wine, and may not be for all tastes. Extended skin contact has imparted unique flavors, texture and assertive tannin. Amber colored and unfiltered. No sulfur is added. Floral notes of orange blossom and rose hit you first, but are quickly followed by an abundance of lemon zest, spice, herb and ginger. On the palate, cider, apricot and walnut. I'll let Frank Cornelissen himself wrap it up: "Our farming philosophy is based on our acceptance of the fact that man will never be able to understand nature's full complexity and interactions. We therefore choose to concentrate on observing and learning the movements of Mother Earth in her various energetic and cosmic passages and prefer to follow her indications as to what to do, instead of deciding and imposing ourselves."
