The area where this great wine is produced has been devoted to wine making from generations. It's surrounded on two sides by two mountains that protect the vineyards from strong winds. Beneath the land, in the past, the Romans built some caves. They have been abandoned for a long time, and after, rediscovered by the Jesuits. Now they are used to age Ksara excellent wines. It's probably the most know wine producing company in Lebanon. This wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Cabernet Franc. It's a full body wine that gets inspirations from French blends: black fruit and plums flavors comes from Cabernet Sauvignon, spicy notes from Syrah and vegetable notes from Cabernet Franc. Pleasant round tannins and a long finish make this wine very pleasant to drink.
