Distilled with Austria’s beloved Klosterneuburger apricots, this fruit brandy is bursting with flavor in the mouth and on the nose. Over 9 pounds of fresh apricots are used in the distillation of a single 750 ml bottle! Appropriately named “Blossom of the Apricot”, honeycomb, orange blossom, and Macadamia nuts support the primary focus of these ripe stone fruits. Deliciously silky in texture, this makes for a lovely after dinner treat, or used in mixed drinks. Try riffing on your go to white negroni.
