It's hard to escape the allure of a deep, rich, molasses-based rum. However, here we have a rum that also includes the pressed cane juice that is added during fermentation with the molasses.Very rare, it's the best of of both worlds here, making for a complex range of aromas that's a real pleasure to sip and that's accessible to most palates. Initially punchy, complex esters eventually make way for sweet spice notes of nutmeg, vanilla, and cola.
