After we push aside branding, packaging and hype we can finally tap into the substance of something. What is it really? Siembra Azul Blanco is a product of many passions. The passion of David Suro, an agave spirits historian and advocate, Master Distiller Sergio Cruz and countless others. Agave spirits (when permitted) are all about terroir and this is what this tequila aims to put a spotlight on. Sharing with us the who, what, where, when, and why’s Siembra Spirits offers a level of transparency rarely seen in any spirits category but perhaps most importantly it is good, really really good! It is a wonderful encapsulation of the deep, fresh and nuanced flavours of highland agave. Think Agave Eau De Vie or better yet think this is what Tequila can be when made by people who really care!
