This fortified wine is produced from a sweet white wine and an infusion of wild cherries and quinine; a bit of cherry brandy, lemon & cherry juice is then added. The taste here is a bit like cherry marzipan. Enjoy on the rocks or as an alternative to Aperol or Campari for a change of pace in your next cocktail.

Staff Pick Notes

A really fun apertif wine, that is fortified with grape brand infused with cherry and almonds. Just a delightful treat after a long day, I call it the Adult Shirley Temple over ice with soda water and a twist of lime. It has a wonderful sour cherry sweetness that definitely hits the spot without the cloying sweetness of grenadine. First introduced in 1884, this was brought back recently and I am so thankful
