Brooklyn Gin

6:00pm to 8:00pm
The distillers at Brooklyn Gin take a hands-on approach to their product. Their gin starts with a neutral corn spirit and then is infused with hand-cut citrus peels and hand-cracked juniper. It's delicious on its own and sends cocktails over the moon. Gin up some state pride—try Brooklyn Gin!

Rhum agricole is one of the only rums in the world to be tightly governed by a French AOC. And Rhum Clément in Martinique has been setting the standard for sugar cane rum for almost a century. See for yourself: we’re sampling its standout VSOP; an excellent liqueur substitute to triple sec; a delightful blend of white rhum agricole and coconut fruit; and a natural white rum with an elegant bouquet and super-smooth finish.

Greenhook sets out to recreate classic gin styles that fit in perfectly with our modern drinking culture. We’ll be sampling its Beach Plum Gin Liqueur, made in the style of sloe gin (but with beach plums sourced from Long Island!); the Old Tom Gin, a wild sweet-and-spicy concoction that makes an excellent alternative for cocktails calling for brown spirits; and the subtle botanicals of its Dry Gin that will certainly make martini lovers swoon.
