Plantation Rum: The Jewel in the Crown

3:00pm to 5:00pm
Considered Jewels in the Crown of the Caribbean, these incredible rums are aged in Maison Ferrand Cognac casks before release. In fact, in lieu of some payment, some of Ferrand’s producers merely send back casks filled with rum. He then blends them or decants and bottles them. This series of rums is a top-notch representation of Alexandre Gabriel’s skilled work. Ranging from white to dark in style, with all variations of color and depth in between, Plantation Rum is truly an example of the apex of contemporary rum production.
