Siete Leguas Tequilas

6:00pm to 8:00pm
It's still a bit cold for fruity tequila cocktails, but just right for some classic sipping tequila - so we're sampling the traditional sipping tequilas of Siete Leguas. The Blanco is incredibly smooth with hints of smoke and pepper, while the Reposado kicks it up a notch with oak spice, cedar, and vivid vegetal notes.

Montebruno Pinot Noir

6:00pm to 8:00pm
Oregon is great at balancing New World fruit and the terroir elements of the Old World. Willamette Valley producer Montebruno is a fantastic example of this. We'll be sampling their Kathken Vineyard Pinot Noir - a rich, velvety red with plenty of earth spice - as well as their "Crawford-Beck" Pinot Noir, which balances ripe red-berry fruit with mushroomy savoriness. No, this isn't Burgundy - it's Oregon all the way.

Farm-to-Bottle Spirits

6:00pm to 8:00pm
Tamworth is a new craft outfit out of New Hampshire that has already been generating buzz with its "farm-to-bottle" philosophy. Their eccentric spirits are delicious and utterly unique. We'll be offering samples of their Tamarind Cordial (that uses dried tamarind from Thailand) and their Apiary Gin, which is distilled with hand-foraged poplar buds, red clover flowers, and 100% raw New Hampshire honey.

Bellwether Wine Cellars

6:00pm to 8:00pm
New York is a wine region that dares to experiment. Case in point: Bellwether Wine Cellars. The "Sawmill Creek" Pinot Noir we'll be sampling is a light-bodied, strawberry-fruited red with an earthy backbone - due to its 1/4 whole cluster fermentation. We'll also try their Wild Ferment Riesling which surprises with a slight effervescence and electric lime fruit. Sample wine from one of the most exciting wine regions in the US.

Midwestern Whiskeys

6:00pm to 8:00pm
Eager to delve into small-batch whiskey? Look no further than the whiskeys of the Ohio River Valley (or as the locals pronounce it, the "O-Why-O"). These character-driven whiskeys balance supple fruit and the distinct creamy-sweet flavors of Ohio wheat. We're happy to be pouring samples of the OYO Michelone Reserve Bourbon, the OYO Straight Pumpernickel Rye Whiskey, and the OYO Single Cask Wheat Whiskey.

Palmer Vineyards

6:00pm to 8:00pm
To be sure, Albariño and Pinot Blanc are not typical New York varietals. But in the hands of skilled winemaker, Miguel Martines, these whites really shine. Join us as we try the pineapple-and-peach fruit flavors of Palmer's Pinot Blanc as well as their zesty, floral Albariño (Long Island's very first Albariño!).
