The Hunting Hill vineyard originated in 1982 and was replanted in 2000. The site is perched on a hill that's based on clay and loam soils at 100 meters in elevation. Fermented with native yeasts in barrel and then aged a further year in French oak - 25% new. This is a gorgeous white wine that's rich and accessible. Pair with monkfish in a browned butter caper sauce.
