A late harvest dessert wine made from the local, aromatic Brachetto grapes which were left to raisinate before pressing. Fermented then aged in small oak barrels for a year before bottling. Sweet, perfumed and can age marvelously. Pair with a chocolate soufflé or with a formidable plate of cheese.
