Produced from 60+ year old Chardonnay vines in the finest vineyard in Rilly-la-Montagne, the south facing ‘Les Blanches Voies’. 2009 is the inaugural vintage of the Blanc de Blancs and less than 2,500 bottles were produced. Aged for 10 months in 228 liter barrels and without malolactic process ‘Les Blanches Voies’ is en tirage for 84 months prior to disgorgement.
