A Pét-Nat from Umbria, the region in central Italy known best for Sagrantino. This is a white, lightly sparkling wine though made from a local version of the Trebbiano grape variety. The winery is relatively new and comes from three musicians who created the Mani di Luna brand. Dry with luscious yellow fruits on the palate.
