This great floral gin as made with ingredients sourced in the most agricultural areas of Vietnam. It's made with five flowers also used to perfume homes and decorate altars. Song Cai distillery produces spirits with the purpose of adding value to the local agricultural products. They work with over seventy families in order to encourage to preserve the local plants, botanicals and grains. The name, Song Cai, means in English Mother River and in Vietnamese tradition, rivers represents the notion of "origin". This gin has aromas of pines and citrus blossom, while on the palate you can enjoy green pepper and ripe berries. Sip it by itself or use it in a white Negroni!
