A sparkling dry white from this esteemed estate right next to the Italian border, in Brda. Chardonnay is destemmed and vinified in stainless steel. The wine spends 1 year in barriques before being bottled with the addition of grape must. The wine is not disgorged, and a natural sediment is present. Pair with fried anchovies.
