Analía Lazaneo and Valentina Gatti are a female winemaking duo in Canelones, outside of Montevideo. Their Artesana project highlights the small production, and their handmade approach to viticulture. This blend of 55% Tannat, 30% Merlot, and 15% Zinfandel was aged for 14 months in American and French oak. Pair this full-bodied and structured dry red with bife de lomo.
