Sitta Rosado, Bodegas y Viñedos Attis - 2022

Item # 48427 750mL

A gorgeous, structured rosé made from Caiño, Pedral and Espadeiro planted in granite and clay-based soils. The aromas are fresh, floral with red berries and minerals. Fermented with natural yeast in steel tanks. Pairs well with grilled sardines doused in olive oil.

Staff Pick Notes

I sometimes find myself falling into the same trap as everybody else does with rosé "The color is dark, that must be a fruit bomb!" However, this is so far removed from that line of thinking. This is a stunning rosé that is not your typical light, easy porch pounder, this wine has some serious structure and for a ridiculous price point. I recommend this with an entire can of sardines and crusty bread, or octopus carpaccio.

Rías Baixas

Located on the Northeast coast of Spain, just north of the Portuguese border, Rías Baixas is home to the famed white grape varietal Albariño. These deliciously refreshing whites typically offer aromas of peach, apricot, and melon, backed by a steely minerality and a lean, crisp finish.
