Peggy and Jean-Pascal Buronfosse moved to the Jura originally to start a farm, but ended up in viticulture to grow their beverages. Mentored by Ganevat, a neighbor, they now produce exceptional traditionally style wines. This sparkling dry white in a blend of Chardonnay and Savagnin, and is made entirely in stainless steel. Pair with Comté filled gougères.
