A dry, full-boded red from the home of Mexican independence, Dolores Hidalgo in Guanajuato. With dark fruit aromas, cocoa, and sweet spice aromas, this was fermented in stainless steel before aging 5 months in new French oak barrels. Pair with fiambre estilo San Miguel de Allende.
